What  are the shipping rate?

Peninsular  Malaysia

  • Shipping rate is just Flat Rate of RM10 per order (single or multiple items).

Sabah,  Sarawak & Labuan

  • Shipping rate is base on Parcel weight for Single or Multiple item/s.
  • Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
     VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000


Standard Order Dispatch :

  • Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched same business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday.
  • Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 10am.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
  • We utilise a variety of carriers including Nationwide, POSLAJU, Skynet, ABX Express depending on your location.
  • Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page at 6pm daily.
  • The delivery times are 3-5 working days in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.


Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected Orders

  • We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as a re-shipment fee of RM10 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing.
  • Please note : if your order is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection, and you choose to receive a refund, the return fee of RM10 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
  • As the majority of our Parcel shippped with Nationwide Express, if your order is taken to the Nationwide HUB for collection, please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. A reshipment fee of RM10 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.
  • Please note PlaysSmart will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.
